Booking your bike in for a service is very easy. First step is to call us direct on 0115 9520200 or pop by the shop and ask to book your bike in. We will ask you a few questions and then give you a date that should be suitable for you. If you do turn up to the shop with your bike we can both book you in and give an initial quote pretty much straightaway.

On the odd occasion we may feel that the work needed upon the bike far outweighs the value of the item. If this turns out to be the case we will tell you straightaway. We are strong believers in good honest advice that gets to the point and sometimes this may come across rather abruptly; for this we apologise in advance.

Drop off

Prior to your service you will need to drop your bike into us. If dropping off your bike on the day of its service then please ensure it gets to us first thing. Our opening hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm Tuesday to Friday and 9am - 5.15pm Saturday. You are of course welcome to bring it in the day before or sooner if arranged at the time of booking. Just ask and we will try and help.

Collection & Storage

Bikes are awkward things to store and so we do ask that people collect them as soon as possible. Any difficulties then please just let us know straightaway. Should a bike be left with us for more than 4 weeks after its collection date a charge of £15 per day will be incurred unless of course a prior agreement has been reached.
